Planning

Setting expectations. This phase involves learning your requirements and priorities to best define a program, design and scope development.

Preconstruction and Design

We're diving deeper into building code and gathering technical input from qualified subcontractors + stakeholders.

On-Site

We're keeping the team accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence of events and quality control, we stay focused on project goals. All while providing clear and consistent updates throughout.

The Finishing
Touches

This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. We won't pack up until you're happy.
